Art in Year 2 (2023-2024)

In Year 2, the children have painted their self-portraits in response to the poem ‘Smile’. During Multicultural Week, they learned about the Spanish artist Picasco and followed step-by-step instructions to draw and colour a portrait in the cubist style. In addition, they continued to develop their drawing skills by following step-by-step instructions to draw the character Flat Stanley.
